A savory baked Italian dish with layers of halal turkey breast, Genoa salami, pepperoni, and melted provolone or mozzarella cheese in a golden, crispy crust. Perfect for family-style sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
- 8 slices halal turkey breast
- 10 slices halal Genoa salami
- 12 slices beef pepperoni
- 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese, or 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Gently stretch the pizza crust into a rectangle
- Sprinkle halal turkey breast, Genoa salami, and pepperoni slices evenly
- Top with provolone/mozzarella cheese slices
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge
- Pinch the seam and ends to seal
- Using a serrated knife, score the top with 3-4 shallow slits
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan for the topping
- Brush mixture over the sealed rollout and ends
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
