A savory baked Italian dish with layers of halal turkey breast, Genoa salami, pepperoni, and melted provolone or mozzarella cheese in a golden, crispy crust. Perfect for family-style sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
  • 8 slices halal turkey breast
  • 10 slices halal Genoa salami
  • 12 slices beef pepperoni
  • 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese, or 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C)
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Gently stretch the pizza crust into a rectangle
  • Sprinkle halal turkey breast, Genoa salami, and pepperoni slices evenly
  • Top with provolone/mozzarella cheese slices
  • Roll the dough tightly from one edge
  • Pinch the seam and ends to seal
  • Using a serrated knife, score the top with 3-4 shallow slits
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan for the topping
  • Brush mixture over the sealed rollout and ends
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
