The ultimate 15-minute snack! Flaky, buttery crescent rolls stuffed with savory pepperoni and gooey mozzarella cheese. Perfect for quick lunches or party appetizers!
Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough 8-count
- 32 slices pepperoni
- 4 mozzarella cheese sticks each cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat and prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper, or lightly grease it.
- Assemble the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into eight triangles. Place four pepperoni slices on the wide end of each triangle, then set one mozzarella piece on top.
- Roll the dough: Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the pointed tip, gently tucking the sides inward to help contain the cheese.
- Arrange on the pan: Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between them.
- Bake and rest: Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and deeply golden brown and the cheese has melted. Rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Always place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet so they do not unroll and spill the melted cheese while baking.
