These Beef Garlic Bread Bites are crispy, cheesy, and loaded with savory ground beef on buttery garlic bread. They make an easy 4-ingredient appetizer, snack, or party bite that comes together fast.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf garlic bread about 12 oz / 340 g, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb / 450 g ground beef
- 1 cup / 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Arrange the garlic bread pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Spoon a small amount of cooked beef onto each garlic bread piece.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is lightly crisp.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm as an appetizer, snack, or party bite.
Notes
For the crispiest bites, avoid overloading the garlic bread with too much beef. A small spoonful on each piece keeps the bread sturdy and helps the cheese melt evenly.
