Baked Pimento Cheese Dip

This Baked Pimento Cheese Dip is creamy, cheesy, warm, and loaded with classic pimiento flavor. It is the perfect easy appetizer for parties, holidays, game day, or any cozy gathering.

Ingredients  

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup mayo
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz shredded colby jack cheese
  • ½ cup drained roasted red peppers chopped
  • 2 4 oz jars diced pimientos drained
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Chips or crackers for serving

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheddar, and shredded colby jack until smooth and well mixed.
  • Stir in the chopped roasted red peppers, diced pimientos, tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until everything is evenly blended.
  • Spread the cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 22 to 24 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbling around the edges, and lightly golden on top.
  • Serve warm with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Notes

For the creamiest texture, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing and drain the peppers very well before adding them to the dip.
