A sweet and savory dip!
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 2 cup white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup tamed pickled jalapeños, drained and roughly chopped
- ½ cup cooked bacon crumbles
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2-2 cups raspberry jam
- crackers for serving
Preparation
- In a medium-sized bowl, add cream cheese and mix until light and airy. Mix in remaining ingredients except the raspberry jam.
- Once well combined, spoon mixture into a pie dish or 8×8-inch pan. Spread into an even layer.
- Spoon raspberry jam over the creamy mixture and spread to edges.
- Chill for 1-2 hours before serving for the best flavor.
- Serve with crackers or pretzels.
