Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Crackers, chips, toasted bread, or veggies for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the base:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth and creamy. - Add the fillers:
Stir in ½ cup of the Parmesan, the mozzarella, artichokes, green onions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined. - Transfer to a dish:
Spoon the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan on top. - Bake:
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and bubbly. - Serve:
Serve hot with crackers, chips, toasted bread slices, or fresh veggies.
