Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

These Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are everything you want in a side dish—golden, crunchy edges, a soft center, and bold savory flavor in every bite. Seasoned with garlic, paprika, herbs, and plenty of Parmesan, they bake up beautifully without the need for deep frying. Whether you serve them with burgers, grilled chicken, or as a snack with your favorite dipping sauce, they’re guaranteed to be a hit.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese and toss again so each wedge is covered.
  4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and perfectly crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with ranch, marinara, or your favorite dipping sauce.
