Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans baked beans (28 ounces each)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Instructions
Add the ground beef and chopped onion to the slow cooker. Break up the beef, then add the baked beans, barbecue sauce, and mustard. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the beef is fully cooked and the mixture is hot and thickened.
