Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Build the Base

Spread the thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

3. Add the Fillings

Scatter the cubed ham over the hash browns. Top with the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sliced green onions.

4. Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and an additional pinch of salt and pepper if desired.

5. Assemble

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole, making sure it reaches all corners of the dish.
