Ingredients
- 1½ pounds ground beef (80/20 is ideal)
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
- 2 large eggs
Optional Additions
- ½ cup milk or beef broth for extra moisture
- ½ cup diced onion or bell pepper
- ¼ cup ketchup or barbecue sauce mixed into the meat
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, and eggs. Add any optional ingredients if desired. - Combine Gently
Mix just until everything is incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender. - Shape the Loaf
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the prepared baking dish. - Bake
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). - Rest Before Slicing
Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
