Blueberry Pie Bombs

Flaky biscuit dough filled with sweet blueberry filling, air-fried until golden and crispy. A quick dessert ready in about 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuits (8 pieces)
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Sugar or cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
  3. Seal the edges and shape into a ball.
  4. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Place in air fryer, seam side down.
  6. Cook at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Brush with more butter and add extra sugar.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Tips
Do not overfill to avoid leaks. Leave space between pieces for even cooking. For extra crispiness, chill before air frying.
