Paula Deen’s Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Crackers, chips, toasted bread, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the base:
    In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the fillers:
    Stir in ½ cup of the Parmesan, the mozzarella, artichokes, green onions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Transfer to a dish:
    Spoon the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake:
    Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve:
    Serve hot with crackers, chips, toasted bread slices, or fresh veggies.
