4-Ingredient Chicken and Stuffing Bake

Some nights you just need dinner to happen without a lot of drama, you know? That’s when the crockpot comes out of the pantry. It makes cooking super easy proves you don’t need a grocery list longer than your arm.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 box  stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter

How To Make 4-Ingredient Chicken and Stuffing Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to the specified temperature on the stuffing mix package.
  2. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions using chicken broth and butter.
  3. Season the chicken pieces with herbs and spices, then place them in tin foil trays.
  4. Spoon the prepared stuffing over the chicken in an even layer.
  5. Cover the trays with foil and bake until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden.
  6. Remove foil during the last few minutes to allow the top to brown and crisp.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or gravy.
