Eclair Cake

This eclair cake is a French pastry that consists of a light, airy doughnut-like shell filled with cream and topped with chocolate. It’s a delicious treat that can be enjoyed as a dessert or snack.

Chocolate Eclair Cake is an old fashioned sheet cake that requires no baking and is reminiscent of a chocolate coated, creamy eclair. Made for generations, this cake is always one of the most popular desserts at any potluck, so I thought it deserved a revisit.

Ingredients

  • 8ozVanilla pudding mix
  • 8ozof Cool Whip
  • 3CMilk
  • 16ozChocolate Frosting
  • 16ozGraham Crackers, or something similar.

How To Make Eclair Cake

  1. In a baking pan (13×9) layer the bottom with crackers.
  2. Mix the Cool Whip and Pudding.
  3. Add in the milk and mix.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers at the base.
  5. Layer more crackers on top of the mixture and repeat one more time.
  6. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top of the graham cracker until covered.
  7. Put in the fridge for 4 hours or more.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
