Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of water 300 ml
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 4.5 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Let’s add water, sugar, salt and yeast to a suitable kneading bowl and mix. Let’s add flour and knead it in a controlled manner. Let’s add the butter and continue kneading.
  2. Let’s roll out the dough with a rolling pin, add frozen butter and fold it.
  3. Let’s fold the dough into a square shape, cover it and leave it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Let’s roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut it into equal pieces with a roulette. Let’s add the filling and shape it by closing it in a triangle shape.
  5. Let’s place the shaped pastries on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let’s apply egg yolk on it with a brush.
  6. Let’s bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
